The port, with its fish market and plenty of restaurants serving fresh fish, is within 700 metres.

Accommodation - These two bedroom apartments accommodate upto 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults.
The lounge is equipped with a sofabed, armchair, dining suite, satellite television (very limited channels) and patio door to the large balcony with lateral sea views.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge, electric hob & oven.
There is full air-conditioning in all rooms and the same system enables warm-air heating for the winter.
The master bedroom has either a double bed or twins (we will try to comply to specific requests) with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a full bathroom.
On the ground floor you have an outside swimming pool, with a separate childrens pool, and and indoor heated pool for the winter (09.30 am until 07.00 pm. from around October until May, in Summer it will be closed).
Optional Extras - Underground parking at 6 Euros per day or secure open parking slightly cheaper (there is free parking on the immediate roads; Security safe at reception; Laundry service; Mini-golf and 2 Tennis courts at nearby 'Turmalina', 1 court at 'Aguamarina'.

Due to logistics we do not allocate, at the booking stage, a particular apartment number. We will do our utmost, where possible, to satisfy particular requests.
Arrivals after 5 p.m. -Departures must be before 10 a.m.
Apartments are prepared and cleaned at end of stay. Weekly laundry change is included in the price and changed weekly.
Damage Deposit: 100.00 Euros paid upon arrival at reception.
No animals are allowed. Arrival to the apartment with an animal would forfeit the booking and loss of rental.
