Set on a south-facing elevated flat plot of 8OO m2, enjoying magnificent views towards the sea and the Ifach rock at Calpe in the distance, it is a short drive to Moraira and Javea, and close to all local amenities (supermarket, restaurant, bars, chemist and a bank).
There is a private off-road parking area. A flight of stone steps leads down to the entrance front door, and then all the accommodation to this villa is on one level, and overlooks the garden, large sun terrace and pool.
Accommodation - The large bright open-plan living room features patio doors
leading to the terrace, south facing
windows with views to mountains and sea, feature fireplace, a cream
leather sofa suite, satellite television* and DVD player, leading onto the dining area which has a traditional-style dining table and six chairs.
The kitchen, equipped to a high standard, is off this room and there is also a small utility room.
The master bedroom, with patio doors to the sun terrace, has twin beds, ample fitted wardrobes,
and an en-suite bathroom.
Two further bedrooms have twin beds, ample fitted wardrobes, and share a family shower room.
Outside - The covered naya, terrace is furnished with good-quality outside table and six carver chairs.
A stone stairway leads down to the large lower sun terrace and pool, furnished with six sun loungers. The larger than average 10m x 5m kidney-shaped swimming pool has Roman steps.
Off this terrace is an outside lockable store, under parking bay, housing sunbeds and gas barbecue.
To the front of this store is a small terrace and we would ask that all barbecuing takes place
here. This secure store is dry and ideal for storage of guests' golfing equipment etc.
Air-conditioning & warm-air heating - All rooms are fitted
with air-conditioning/heating units creating a very pleasant environment
winter or summer - charged extra based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.
