Casa de la Luna (house of the moon) - is a new, high spec design, luxury villa with superb views down the valley to the sea, yet within a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and all facilities.
There is off-road gated parking for one car, although you can park on the road as it is a residential area.
Steps from the gate lead down to the entrance doorway.
Main floor - The entrance hallway leads to the open-plan, very bright, living room and fully-fitted kitchen, with dining suite. From here there are patio doors onto a large covered terrace furnished with a comfortable good-quality dining set and with spectacular views down the valley and to the sea. From here an external staircase lead down to the pool terrace below. The living room is equipped with a sofa suite, Satellite Television*. Off the hallway there is a cloakroom, and a staircase to other floors.
First floor - There is a large master bedroom suite, with en-suite shower room, and patio doors giving access to the large roof terrace giving even better views.
Ground floor - There are two bedrooms - one double and one with twin beds (the beds can be joined to create a king-size bed - please request), each with built-in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.
Outside - The 8 x 4 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool has Roman steps, surrounded by a terrace which is enclosed by a curved glass wall enabling you to enjoy the views, even whilst in the pool. There is an outside pool shower cubicle and walkways around the villa.
*Satellite Television - Note that the Free-to-View system has restricted channels and unless otherwise stated in the villa details will not have movie channels or regular BBC programs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These channels were in operation at the time of installation and could change depending on the service providers. We cannot guarantee which channels will be in operation when you are there.
Air-conditioning - The villa has wall-mounted units, individually controlled, in the living room, master bedroom, and the lower bedrooms sharing one unit, and is charged extra - based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.
Heating - The villa has full under-floor heating and is charged extra - based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay (except July/August).
