villa Ladera - is a luxury, high spec villa with fabulous sea views, private pool; within a 5-10 minute drive to Moraira Town & beaches.
Set at the end of a private cul-de-sac, there is off-road gated parking for your car, although you can park on the road as it is a residential area.
This area is on one level, and there is a step upto the entrance doorway, where there is a lovely secluded courtyard.

Upper Level - Large, bright open-plan living & dining room with sofa suite, Satellite Television*, DVD & Hi-Fi. There is a well-equipped modern fitted kitchen.
Leading off these rooms, via patio doors, is the covered Naya balcony terrace which has a large table with 6 chairs, to enjoy your evening meal & drinks whilst admiring the stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea.
A cloakroom completes this floor, and there is a marble staircase leading down to:
Lower Level & Bedrooms - Master Bedroom 1 has a double bed, with en-suite comprising shower, wash basin & toilet, has a large built-in wardrobe, with safe, & views to the terrace.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, large built-in wardrobes & views to pool.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, large built-in wardrobes with French doors & views to terrace.
Large bathroom comprising of a bath, with shower over, toilet & twin wash basins.
All bedrooms have Persiana blinds (roller shutters) and mosquito nets.
Outside terrace area The south-facing pool terrace has an 8 x 4 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool, with Roman steps, and is surrounded by blue tinted glass so you can enjoy uninterrupted views to the sea - there are 6 comfortable sun beds provided.
One aspect of the villa, is that the pool is pretty private, and does not run alongside the lower road below.

Internet Access - A free ADSL broadband connection is available for guests' use. You must take your own device to connect up: instructions at the villa.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a subscription service. However, it is not a guaranteed facility as the service could go down (possibly due to problems with connection, tampering by previous guests, etc). This facility is provided by the owner for your enjoyment and the local contact will not be able to help with technical assistance should you require it. We cannot be held responsible for any failure of the service by the telephone provider, as any repair to the service is dependent on the telephone company. Internet cafes in town are available should you require them in the event of any failure.

Golf - The owners are offering the use of two brand new sets of golf clubs for clients at the villa, which are available upon request before arrival.

*Digital Satellite Television - currently includes BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channels 4 & 5, SKY Movies Premier 1, SKY Sports 1 & 2, SKY 1, Discovery and UK Gold.
NOTE: Unless stated otherwise above, the channels provided are English language only, due to the owner's requirements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These channels were in operation at the time of installation and could change depending on the service providers. We cannot guarantee which channels will be in operation when you are there.

Air-conditioning - Wall-mounted air-conditioning units are fitted in the living room and the bedrooms. Charged extra based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.

Heating - The villa has full under-floor heating and is charged extra - based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay (except July/August).

Additional Deposits - A 25 pound deposit (per system per week) is required, irrespective whether you will be using it or not. This will appear automatically on the booking form.
