villa Nevette - is situated on a large south facing plot of over 1000 m2, with open views, in the desirable residential location of La Sabaterra, Moraira, just a 5 minute walk from some bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, and a 25 minute walk into Moraira itself, with its large sandy beach.
Built in 1974 in a typically Spanish design, and considerably improved over recent years, Nevette is a light and airy home-from-home, combining all the usual conveniences of modern living with traditional Valencian architecture and detail, complimented by beautiful landscaped mature gardens comprising flowering plants, shrubs, palm trees, cacti and stone steps to the pool area. The villa is accessed via metal gates, leading to a driveway, which can accommodate upto three cars. The property is on two levels, with internal and external stairs between both floors, and the main accommodation is on the upper floor, which opens onto the pool terrace. Accommodation - An external flight of stone steps takes you upto the main level, where you enter the villa, into the very large living room, with a feature fireplace, satellite television*, leather sofa suite, and a dining area with a dining suite. Off this room there is a large well-equipped kitchen. Access to the naya (covered terrace) can be found at the far end of the living room, where there is good-quality patio furniture.
Also on this level is the master bedroom, with a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath (jets not working). The second bedroom has a double bed, and there is a further bathroom. A marble staircase, within the living room, takes you down to the ground floor where you will find an additional large living room, with a newly-installed fully-fitted kitchen. Two twin bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes, and a newly fitted shower room, complete this floor. Outside - The larger than average 8m x 4m rectangular swimming pool, with Roman steps, is private and complemented by an outdoor shower and a substantial pool terrace, equipped with patio dining furniture and sun loungers.
The villa is within a 5 minute drive (15 minute walk) to Moraira and its sandy beaches, castle, and beautiful town centre with splendid bars and restaurants. The nearest bar, restaurant & supermarket is a 2 minute walk away, and many more restaurants/bars dotted around. The nearest Golf course is Club de Golf Ifach, a mere 10 minute drive. *Digital Satellite Television - Note that the Free-to-View system has restricted channels and unless otherwise stated in the villa details will not have movie channels or regular BBC programmes. NOTE: Unless stated otherwise above, the channels provided are English language only, due to the owner's requirements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These channels were in operation at the time of installation and could change depending on the service providers. We cannot guarantee which channels will be in operation when you are there. Heating - Full gas central heating with radiators to all rooms makes this a comfortable villa for winter lets. This will be charged, based upon meter upon meter readings at beginning and end of your stay.
