

 

| villa Benicarlo - is a high-quality villa, built in a desirable residential area of Moraira, with exceptional mountain & sea views.
When you arrive at the villa, a sliding metal gate gives access to the drive, with parking for two cars. There is a flight of steps up to the entrance door. Accommodation - A large hallway gives access to the large open-plan living and dining area, with a 3 and 4 seater champagne colour leather sofa suite, with an additional single seat leather chair, which will ensure luxury seating for 8 people. Also there is an open feature fireplace and a Sony Flat-screen digital satellite television* and a DVD/CD player. From here you move onto the open modern fully-fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric hob and oven. The living room has patio doors to the large front covered terrace (with fantastic views towards El Portet and the sea, also overlooking the pool below) and French doors to the back terrace where there is a barbecue. Off the dining area is the utility room where the washing machine and ironing facilities are. There are two bedrooms, with king-size beds, and a separate large shower room.
Returning to the hallway, an internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is a large bedroom, with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, with jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower, and its own dressing room. The second bedroom is also large and bright and has a king-size bed. There is a separate shower room. Both bedrooms have access to a large outside terrace from where there are lovely views to the sea and gardens.
In fact the villa has four outside terraces, one covered for dining, one for the pool, one upstairs with access from the upstairs bedrooms and one at the back of the house for late evening sunshine.
The large 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, with Roman steps, and sun terrace has lovely views towards the sea, an exterior shower and a path leading to the back of the house where there is a small garden area with barbecue.
You will see from the photographs that the villa has a unique red granite turret which is the only one of its kind in the area. The gardens are full of beautiful plants and flowers.
The inside of the villa is fitted to a high standard with lovely floor tiles, fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms and an open fireplace in the lounge for winter nights.
Mosquito nets are fitted to all bedroom windows and ceiling fans to all bedrooms.
Although the beds are king-sized, they have a single base but two separate single mattresses.
Please note that the villa is not suitable for young children due to the number of steps around. Nearest bars and supermarket are approximately 1.6 kms away, which is no more than 5 mins drive, and about a 15 minute walk. This includes a taxi rank, supermarket, newsagent, bakery, hairdresser and around 4-5 bars/restaurants. Moraira Town Centre and beach is around 3 kms away, less than 10 mins drive.
Heating - For the winter lets the villa has full under-floor central heating - charged extra based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay, and a log burning fire in the living room. Please note that as a 4 bedroom large villa that the heating costs will be more than the average cost given for a 3 bedroom villa, as explained on the extras page link below.
