Detached large villa - the accommodation is arranged as two self-contained apartments over two floors: the larger 4 bedroom occupying the entire first floor of the villa, and the smaller 2 bedroom on the lower floor - same level as the swimming pool and terraces. Ideal for two families holidaying together, or for those wanting separate accommodation.
The plot is large, and has an 10 x 5 metre rectangular swimming pool, with Roman steps and a pool-side shower.
Metal gates allow you entrance to the plot and there is a carport for one car.

First floor Accommodation:
A large covered terrace naya is enclosed with glazing, and furnished with a patio dining set to take your breakfast and meals outside, whilst enjoying the lovely countryside views.
The entrance to the accommodation opens onto a bright living room, well furnished and with a
Satellite Television*.
A dining area, with dining table and chairs, opens onto the well-equipped kitchen which is modern and bright.
Along the corridor there are four bedrooms, three double and one with twin beds, an en-suite bathroom (which has an additional door onto the hallway, so can be used by others) and a separate shower room.
Ground floor Accommodation:
The entrance to the accommodation opens onto a bright living room, well furnished and with a Satellite Television*.
A dining area, with dining bench/table and chairs, opens onto the well-equipped kitchen which is modern and bright.
Along the corridor there are two bedrooms, double and twin beds, sharing a shower room.
Heating - full gas-fired central heating.
A chemist, bank, some bars and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away, and the sea a further 5 minutes. A supermarket is a 5 minute drive, the centre of Calpe, for sandy beaches, shopping, restaurants, bars etc is only a 10 minute drive away. The nearest Golf course is 'Club de Golf Ifach' which is a 5 minute drive away.
Air-conditioning and warm-air heating - units in living rooms only, so doors would need to be left open for it to circulate in all rooms. Charged extra, based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.
