To the left there is a fully-fitted modern kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refridgerator and separate freezer. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room with washing machine and sink. Double doors give acess to the rear of the property.
There is a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (one with a small balcony with views to the Montgo mountain), a bath/shower room and a further a shower room. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and windows.
There is an interior and exterior staircase to the lower floor.
Lower floor - There is a kitchenette, with gas cooker and a fridge, cane sofa suite seating for 5 persons, and a half-size snooker table. There are four twin bedrooms (one with an additional single bed), a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two bath/shower rooms, and an additional separate toilet. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and windows.
From the living room there is a covered terrace, leading onto the garden area and onto the pool terrace.
Outside - from the villa various paths lead to the pool terrace, with a large 10 x 5 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool, with Roman steps. There is also a built-in barbecue.
