villa Selina - is a beautiful detached villa, in the prestigious development of 'La Siesta' in the Cabo de la Nao area of Javea, set within a larger than average plot of 1500m2 close to the spectacular headland and views.
The area is nicely laid out with wide open roads, and there is a nearby supermarket, a few good restaurants, tennis courts and some fantastic cliff-side walks.
The villa, like its neighbours, has established mature gardens, with different areas to sit and enjoy the sun.
There is off-road parking for several cars through a metal gate entrance.
ACCOMMODATION - You enter the villa into a large hallway, with the principal rooms leading off it.
To the left is the large bright living room with a comfortable sofa suite for 8 persons, feature fireplace, 19" television* and DVD player, with direct access to the outside via patio doors.
Off this room there is a lovely dining room, within the tower of the house, with table and chairs, and off this is a fully-fitted modern kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave: there is also a door for direct access to the garden.
Returning to the dining room, an internal staircase leads up to the first floor of the tower:-
Upper floor - comprising a large bright master double bedroom suite, with an en-suite shower room, and an outside terrace to enjoy the lovely open sea views.
Returning to the entrance hallway, a corridor leads to three twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and windows.
Outside - There is direct access to the pool terrace area from the living room and dining room, where there is a 12 x 5m rectangular-shaped swimming pool, with a metal ladder access, and there is a covered dining terrace and a built-in barbecue. There is also a laundry room, with washing machine and a sink.
Air-conditioning and warm-air heating - Units in bedrooms and living room. Charged extra based upon meter usage.
Additional deposits - A 25 Pound deposit (per week) is required, irrespective whether you will be using it or not.
