- is an elevated, detached, split-level villa set on the edge of a green zone and access road, very private, the villa enjoys sensational, uninterrupted, commanding and panoramic views of the Moraira valley to the front, the dramatic Montgo mountains to the north, and south towards the Bernia mountain range, and enjoying exceptional sunsets. This is a well-designed bright villa with quality furnishings and within a desirable residential area, with other established, individually-styled villas on large plots, it is just five to ten minutes by car, from the beach and marina of Moraira. Two large supermarkets, cafe/bar/restaurants and shops, are just 1km away. Metal gates allow you onto off-road parking for upto two cars and a carport for one car.
Accommodation - You enter the property into a bright hallway, where you will find, to the left, the large master bedroom with ensuite shower room. Next door is the fully-fitted modern kitchen. To the right there is a cloakroom, and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Straight ahead, through an archway, is the large bright living room with feature fireplace, comfortable good-quality sofa suite, and a large flat-screen Satellite television*. Off this room is the dining area with dining table and chairs. Patio doors allow access to a bright conservatory, with an additional comfortable sofa suite to enjoy the fabulous views out to the valley in front. From here you have direct access to an open terrace where there is an outside dining suite. Returning to the conservatory, steps lead down to the pool terrace, and lower floor accommodation. IMPORTANT - Please note: The second double bedroom is at the lower pool level, accessed externally and separate from the main accommodation. A small covered terrace allows you to enter into a kitchenette area, where to the right you will find the very large double bedroom, and straight on a large shower room. Outside - The large 10 x 5 m rectangular-shaped swimming pool has Roman steps access and a large pool terrace, with a covered area to one side. A built-in barbecue completes the terrace.
Air-conditioning & warm-air heating - units serve the living room areas and all bedrooms, each with its own control. Charged extra based upon meter readings at the beginning and end of your stay. This will appear automatically on the booking form. *Satellite Television - 2m satellite dish directed to the Astra 2 satellite that provides free-to-view channels that includes BBC1; (BBC2, BBC3, BBC4, CHANNEL 4 & 5 are intermittent); ITV1,2&3; news channels; various free-to-view movie channels; etc.
