This is a well-designed bright villa with quality furnishings and located in a cul-de-sac on an elevated position, set back 2.5 miles from the sea - hence a car is needed, although there is an excellent new large supermarket within a 5 minute walk, plus a couple of bars & restaurants.
Accommodation - You enter the property from the back of the villa, through an enclosed patio area, with a sliding metal gate and hard-standing for upto two cars.
You take steps up to the first floor main entrance, through a metal gate, to the covered dining terrace with fabulous views out to the valley in front.
Patio doors take you into the living room, with modern furnishings, with a separate fully-fitted kitchen.
Off the living room there is an inner hallway, with access to the master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. There is another bedroom, with bunk beds (for children), and a separate shower room.
Returning to the living room, a metal spiral staircase takes you downstairs (ground floor) to the second living room, furnished with a dining table and seating for six, and a large 32" flat-screen Satellite television*. Patio doors lead directly onto a large second covered terrace and the swimming pool area. There is a built-in barbecue area on the side of the villa. From this ground floor living room there is access to a double and twin bedroom, shower room and a utility room.
Heating - Full gas central heating, with radiators to all rooms, makes this a comfortable villa for winter lets. Charged extra based upon meter readings at the beginning and end of your stay.
