Built on the top ridge of a pine covered hill straddling two valleys, south-west facing with all-day sunshine, it enjoys an elevated position affording stunning views of the sea and various distant inland valleys and the Bernia mountain ranges which act as a backdrop to the most mesmerising sunsets.
The crows-nest roof terrace, approached outside by a spiral staircase, allows 360 degree views of the entire region.
The villa has been built in a Castellion style, overlooking the large patio and pool area, and fantastic valley views ahead. A gas barbecue, situated by the pool terrace, allows for perfectly easy alfresco dining, whilst admiring the fabulous views and sunsets.
The 10 x 5 metre pool is rectangular, with Roman steps, is relatively private and surrounded by a large sun terrace.
The property is well-furnished with high quality modern furnishings, which are very comfortable.
Accommodation - comprises of a bright sitting room, and dining area, that is well furnished, with a feature fireplace, and a large Digital Satellite television*.
The separate kitchen is just off the dining area.
There are two large bedrooms (both with king-size beds) and have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and there is a full family bathroom.

Internet Access - A free Wi-Fi ADSL broadband connection is available for guests' use, via a neighbouring router. You must take your own laptop to connect up: the router can be accessed by wireless only, at certain parts of the houes: instructions at the villa.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a subscription service. However, it is not a guaranteed facility as the service could go down (possibly due to problems with connection, slow connection, tampering by previous guests, etc). This facility is provided by the owner for your enjoyment and the local contact will not be able to help with technical assistance should you require it. We cannot be held responsible for any failure of the service by the telephone provider, as any repair to the service is dependant on the telephone company. Internet cafes in town are available should you require them in the event of any failure.
Air-conditioning and warm-air heating - units to bedrooms only - charged extra, based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.
