villa Tranquila - is a well designed and maintained terraced villa, within a small development of sixteen similar villas that share a well maintained large communal swimming pool and mature gardens with wonderful sea views down to the valley of El Portet.

From the living room there is an internal staircase leading up to the first floor where you will find: a bathroom, twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes, and a double bedroom, also with built-in wardrobes and patio doors leading onto a large front balcony with wonderful views towards the valley and distant sea.
All windows have mosquito nets fitted.
Air-conditioning/Warm-air heating units provide cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter. There are also radiant heaters in the bathroom and in the shower room.
* Satellite Television - free to view currently includes BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channels 4 & 5, Sky News, BBC News 24 and Parliament, Film 4 and a few other movie channels.
