villa Villavista - is a large detached, very bright, luxury villa built to a very high specification, on a double-sized plot bordering onto open countryside, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in a spectacular setting with open valley, sea & mountain views from many aspects of the villa, yet 13km from coastal resorts of Javea and Denia and their beaches.
The villa has been built in the Castellion style, with an interesting bright circular principal living room taking full advantage of the surrounding countryside. Whist the villa is elevated all principle accommodation is on one floor, there being a slow gradient of some 10 steps up to the porch entrance. The only other stairs would be to the laundry room located on the lower level and accessed from outside.
The 8 x 4 metre kidney-shaped pool, with Roman steps, has an attractive rock backdrop, giving privacy, and fantastic views. There are terraces also that give complete privacy and seclusion.
Located 11-13 km (15-20 mins by car) to Javea town & beaches, yet only 5 minutes to supermarket. From the villa you can see a distant 'La Sella' golf complex, being just 5 mins drive away. This also houses a sensational new spa and hotel complex.
The property is well furnished with high quality modern furnishings in the Spanish antique style, which are very comfortable.
The bright spacious living room has a comfortable sofa suite, feature log-burning stove, and a Satellite Television*. The large open plan kitchen, with dining area just off it, is well-equipped.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom (king-size bed) has an ensuite bathroom.
The second double bedroom (king-size bed) and twin bedroom share a shower room. All bedrooms have air/conditioning.
Air-conditioning and warm-air Heating - is charged extra - based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.

Additional Deposits - 25 pound deposit (per week) is required, irrespective whether you will be using it or not, for air-conditioning/warm-air heating. This will appear automatically on the booking form.
