Set on a south-facing elevated flat plot of 8OO m2, enjoying magnificent views towards the sea and the Ifach rock at Calpe in the distance, it is a short drive to Moraira and Javea, and close to all local amenities (supermarket, restaurant, bars, chemist and a bank).
Accommodation - The villa is set on two levels, within a large plot with a long drive suitable for parking of 3-4 cars.
You enter the ground floor, via a ramp, to an entrance hallway, so would be suitable for wheelchair users as the accommodation is flat, apart from the upstairs third bedroom. To the right you will find the fully-fitted kitchen.
The living room is very bright, airy and furnished comfortably with a sofa suite, 37" flat-screen Digital Satellite television*, a video and DVD player. A large picture window frames the Montgo mountain, in the distance, beautifully, and there is another opening window, to allow cooling summer breezes into the villa.
Patio doors lead onto the large conservatory furnished with a dining suite, and overlooks the pool terrace, with direct access via patio doors, and has fantastic views to the sea.
A hallway off the living room leads to the twin bedroom (it should be noted that the window of this bedroom opens onto the conservatory), and a family bathroom. Next door is a double bedroom with two double arched windows.
From the hallway a flight of steps lead to the first floor master double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, and patio doors leading directly out onto your own terrace, with table and chairs, and fantastic views. There is a further large roof terrace furnished with patio furniture.
Outside - The 8 x 4 metre swimming pool has Roman steps and an outside shower and is surrounded by a large sun terrace. This leads onto an enclosed courtyard where you will find the built-in barbecue area, with patio dining suite, and onto the garden which has been gravelled for easy maintenance. There are gates at each end of the pool terrace/barbecue courtyard, so that the area is totally secure, especially for children.
Heating - For the winter lets the villa has full gas central heating - charged extra based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.

Usage Deposits - A 25 Pound deposit (per week, except July/August), irrespective of whether you will be using it or not, is required for above. This will appear automatically on the booking form.
Internet Access - A free ADSL broadband connection is available for guests' use. You must take your own laptop to connect up: the router can be accessed by wireless, instructions at the villa.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a subscription service. However, it is not a guaranteed facility as the service could go down (possibly due to problems with connection, tampering by previous guests, etc). This facility is provided by the owner for your enjoyment and the local contact will not be able to help with technical assistance should you require it. We cannot be held responsible for any failure of the service by the telephone provider, as any repair to the service is dependant on the telephone company. Internet cafes in town are available should you require them in the event of any failure.
*Digital Satellite Television - Note that the satellite system provides twenty subscription channels which includes sports/movie channels and BBC programmes.
