 | Amatista is a sixteen storey apartment block, built in 2004, located just 30 metres from the 'El Arenal' beach in Calpe, close to the lovely promenade. The block is not front-line but it towers over the single, older, small block of apartments in front enabling all the apartments have sea views.
It is very close to the centre of Calpe, just 500 metres from The Penon rock and 300 metres from the port, with its fish market and plenty of restaurants serving fresh fish.
There is a reception desk at the entrance, for advice and any assistance that you may require.
It is an ideal location for a holiday where you don't need to drive anywhere as all the facilities are within walking distance.
Accommodation - These two bedroom apartments accommodate upto 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults.
The living room is equipped with a sofabed, armchair, dining suite, satellite television (very limited channels) and patio door to the large balcony with lateral sea views.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge, gas hob, electric oven.
There is full air-conditioning in all rooms and the same system enables warm-air heating for the winter (small charge).
There is a double bedroom and a twin, or two doubles, (we will try to comply to specific requests). There is a full bathroom, and the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
Optional Extras - Underground parking at 6 Euros per day or secure open parking slightly cheaper (there is free parking on the immediate roads.

Due to logistics we do not allocate, at the booking stage, a particular apartment number. We will do our utmost, where possible, to satisfy particular requests.
Arrivals after 5 p.m. -Departures must be before 10 a.m.
Apartments are prepared and cleaned at end of stay. Weekly laundry change is included in the price and changed weekly.
Damage Deposit: 100.00 Euros paid upon arrival at reception.
No animals are allowed. Arrival to the apartment with an animal would forfeit the booking and loss of rental.
