  villa Guapa - (meaning beautiful in Spanish) is a luxury, high spec villa with fabulous sea views, private pool & gym; within 5-10 minutes drive to Moraira Town & beaches.There is off-road gated parking for one car, although you can park on the road as it is a residential area. Steps from the gate lead down to the entrance doorway, where there is a lovely secluded courtyard. Upper Level - Large, bright open-plan living & dining room with leather sofa suite, flat-screen Satellite Television*, DVD & Hi-Fi. Leading off this room, via patio doors, is the covered Naya  
balcony terrace which has a large table with 6 chairs, to enjoyyour evening meal & drinks whilst admiring the stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea. A well-equipped modern fitted kitchen, and a shower room completes this floor.A marble staircase leads down to: Lower Level & Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, large built-in wardrobe with safe, & views to terrace. Bedroom 2 is a twin room (beds can be joined together to form double - please request when booking), large built-in wardrobes & views to pool. Bedroom 3 is a twin room (beds can be joined together to form double - please request when booking), large built-in wardrobes with French doors & views to terrace. A large shower room completes this floor. View Larger Map Outside terrace area Guapa is a real sun-worshippers' paradise with the pool & terrace in full sun most of the day. The 8 x 4 metre level-deck pool, with Roman steps, is surrounded by blue tinted glass so you can enjoy un-interrupted views to the sea - there are 6 very comfortable adjustable sun beds provided. There is an outside hot & cold shower for rinsing-off suntan lotion, again even the views from the shower are wonderful. The pool terrace has a courtyard area with barbeque, table & six chairs with parasol perfect for alfresco dining during the day or at night beside the pool. We have a fitness gym for those that want to look good for the beach or pool with cross-trainer, exercise bike & punch bag with gloves. *Digital Satellite Television - currently includes BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channels 4 & 5, SKY Movies Premier 1, SKY Sports 1 & 2, SKY 1, Discovery and UK Gold. IMPORTANT NOTE: These channels were in operation at the time of installation and could change depending on the service providers. We cannot guarantee which channels will be in operation when you are there. Air-conditioning - All rooms are fitted with air conditioning units creating a very pleasant environment in the summer - charged extra based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay. Heating - The villa has full under-floor heating and is charged extra - based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay (excepy July/August). More information about villa usage deposits & charges Additional Deposits - A 25 pound deposit (per system per week) is required, irrespective whether you will be using it or not.
