

 
 | Al Zhara princess in Arabic - is situated on a large plot of approximately 1,000 m2, in an excellent residential cul-de-sac location above El Portet in Moraira, south facing with views down the valley to the sea.
The villa is accessed via a single sliding gate, which leads down a sweeping paved driveway to a gravelled parking area that can accommodate several cars. There is also room for two cars in the garage. The property is on one level with external stairs leading to the pool area and access to private parking.
Accommodation - consists of; an American-style well-equipped kitchen.
The large comfortably furnished living/dining room has 32" LCD Satellite Television*, DVD player, video player and hi-fi unit with radio, CD and cassette players. (please note, the coffee table in the photo has been replaced with an antique Kuwaiti chest.) The gas central heating is more than adequate for winter lets, but you may wish to use the log burning stove for cosy romantic evenings.
Additionally, and accessed through sliding glass doors from the living room, there is a covered balcony/terrace furnished so six guests can dine, or sit, "outside" as well as inside on this level.
The master Bedroom has a Superking sized bed with individual memory foam mattress toppers which mould to your body's individual shape, weight & temperature, wall to wall wardrobe (tv in wardrobe), en-suite bathroom and features large sliding glass patio doors leading directly into a sun room, with another door onto the terrace. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and are serviced by a second bathroom.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, the master bedroom and one of the twin bedded rooms have air-conditioning operated by individual remote controls to ensure a comfortable nights' sleep in the summer. Additionally, the units provide warm-air heating for cold winter nights, should guests choose not to use the gas central heating.
All windows are double-glazed, with mosquito nets. (Please note, new curtains with matching bedspreads and cushions have replaced the ones in the photo gallery). Outside - A gated curved staircase leads down to the pool area, with a large walk-in shower with adjustable temperature control. The 8 x 4 metre swimming pool has 4 Roman steps to the shallow end, which is approximately 1 metre deep, shelving to 2 metres at the deep-end, and has a large area for sun-bathing. There is a covered pergola, with table and chairs, at the deep end side of the pool. The gardens are well tended. Please note that the hot tub in the garden is not available for use. There is access to the garage which has an American-style washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, also small fridge for pool side drinks. There is gated access from the pool area to a small patio with a rotary dryer.
Gated steps from the balcony/terrace go down to a tiled upper patio with another large pergola equipped with table and chairs for 8 people, and a gas barbecue, providing an area for al fresco dining. A wide winding path gives access down to the pool area. Because all access to the pool area is gated, it is easier to exercise parental control of children using the pool.
There is abundant garden furniture, including outside dining tables and corresponding seating, sun loungers and parasols.
The villa is within a 5-10 minute drive from the sandy beaches of El Portet and Moraira, 15-20 minutes away is the magnificent Moraig beach below Cumbre del Sol. The nearest Golf course is 'Club de Golf Javea' which is a 10 minute drive away. A little further away is the Club de Golf Ifach on the Moraira - Calpe road. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away.
Internet Access - A free wireless broadband connection, and a laptop computer, are available for guests' use. You can take your own laptop to connect up: the router can be accessed by cable or by wireless, instructions at the villa. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a guaranteed facility as it may not be available whilst you are there (possibly due to problems with connection, computer not working, tampering by previous guests, etc). This facility is provided by the owner for your enjoyment and the local contact will not be able to help with technical assistance should you require it. Internet cafes in town are available should you require them. Air-conditioning and warm-air heating - Charged extra based upon meter usage.

*Digital Satellite Television - Currently includes BBC1 (BBC2, BBC3, BBC4, CHANNEL 4 & CHANNEL 5 are intermittent), ITV 1, 2 and 3 and Sky News plus the usual free-to-view channels.
