Check the weather before going out there as Cumbre del Sol is a difficult place to be in bad weather - we did get bored as it was too cold and wet to go out. We wish we had taken some dvds, board games etc as they would have helped pass the time. Do go down to Javea a 15 minute drive from Cumbre del Sol - there are some great restaurants and bars along the Arenal beach and the evening markets are good too.
