Accommodation - The main entrance hall provides access to the living and dining areas, which are separated by an attractive feature stone arch, and the furniture is modern and comfortable.
The living room has satellite television* plus ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is a Tosca stone feature fireplace, with log burner, and two comfortable sofas, one of which can convert to a double bed.
The dining room has a ceiling fan and a large dining table with seating for six. To the right is the modern and spacious fully fitted kitchen.
There are two spacious twin bedrooms downstairs, with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans, and they share a separate shower room.
Glass patio doors from the dining room lead onto the 'Naya' (roofed open terrace). This has an outdoor dining area overlooking the terrace and pool.
A washing machine is also situated downstairs.
Upstairs is the well-furnished master double bedroom with a wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning, and a large en-suite shower room. French doors give access to a private spacious terrace overlooking the pool with spectacular views of the coastline.
Heating - Electric radiator heating is provided during the winter months. Charged extra - based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.
Air-conditioning and warm-air heating (Living room & master bedroom only) is charged extra - based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.

  • El lugar es ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos, alejado del ruido, tumultos de gente,... La casa muy agradable. El único "inconveniente" es la necesidad de disponer de coche para realizar compres, etc. The ideal place to spend a few quiet days away from the noise, crowds of people, ... The very nice house. The only "problem" is the need for car shopping, etc.
