Question: Can you hold the dates for me?
Answer: Afraid not as the system is 'live' and we do not have the facility to temporarily hold dates.
Question: Do I have to arrive on a Saturday changeover day?
Answer: During the peak period, July-September inclusive, we have to stick to the set changeover days, for practicality. Between 1st October until 30th June you can arrive and depart on any day of the week - stay for as little as three days, or even eight days or more.
Question: What payment is required with the booking?
Answer: If booking is over 12 week before the start of your holiday then a 20% deposit of the total amount (including all deposits) is required, and the balance payable by the 12 week date (you can pay the balance in installments, by the due date): if within that period then the whole amount is due.
Question: How do I make payment, which cards do you accept, & do you charge a fee for credit card use?
Answer: Credit or Debit card details are required on the booking form to secure the booking. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer then we would need a nominal payment (20%) to be paid on the card, whilst we await the receipt of payment. We accept all major Credit or Debit cards, except Amex, and a 2% credit card charge is applied on any booking, though excludes the damage deposit element of the payment. There is no charge for Visa Debit.
Question: Once I have completed the booking form, what happens next?
Answer: You will receive an automated email confirming receipt and requesting that you don't arrange flights until your booking has physically been approved and processed: we endeavour to do this as soon as possible. After that you will receive a confirmation email, then after your card is processed, an email with either a confirmation letter stating all the charges attached, or a full confirmation letter, instructions & maps attached.
