How to Book

4 SIMPLE STEPS

1. Click on one of our villas.
2. The property details will show, with a virtual tours & internal/external photos and the availability.
3. Click on the dates required, and complete our Booking Form and pay the deposit/full amount by supplying your credit card details on our secure server.

Question: Can you hold the dates for me?
Answer: Once you have completed the booking form, the booking is only confirmed once payment has been made.

Question: Do I have to arrive on a Saturday changeover day?
Answer:
During the peak period, July-September inclusive, we have to stick to the set changeover days, for practicality. Between 1st October until 30th June you can arrive and depart on any day of the week - stay for as little as three days, or even eight days or more.

Question: What payment is required with the booking?
Answer: If booking is over 12 week before the start of your holiday then a 20% deposit of the total amount (including all deposits) is required, and the balance payable by the 12 week date (you can pay the balance in installments, by the due date): if within that period then the whole amount is due.

Question: How do I make payment, which cards do you accept, & do you charge a fee for credit card use?
Answer:
Once you have completed the booking form, to secure the booking, we will send you a separate email to make a secure credit card payment. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer then we would need a nominal payment (20%) to be paid by a credit card, whilst we await the receipt of payment of the balance when due. We accept all major Credit or Debit cards, except Amex, and there is no charge for their uset.

Question: Once I have completed the booking form, what happens next?
Answer: You will receive an automated email confirming receipt and requesting that you don't arrange flights until your booking has physically been approved and processed: we endeavour to do this as soon as possible. After that you will receive a confirmation email, and a request for payment via a secure link, then an email with either a confirmation letter stating all the charges attached, or a full confirmation letter, instructions & maps attached.
