Angela Job: Online Holiday Questionnaire, Jul 2010, XOLD Benicarlo - Hi everyone we had a great vacation and felt the villa was amazingly great value for the money and on top extremely nice. It has been over 25 years since my last visit and I was delighted that for that amount of time things really had not been developed that much more. The weather was mixed no one can control that not Villa Spain anyway. We used the information at the villa on where to go and what to do and would suggest this is the first thing for any one to read. This information was very helpful and on the whole we agreed with it.The full time people around the villa were very nice and helpful and made you feel extremely welcome. So Nick thank you, you were right and I personally appreciate all your time and trouble you have gone to for myself and family and I would recommend Villa Spain to everyone who is thinking of taking a vacation this way. Kind thought to you all always.
Helen Birdsong: Email, May 2010, XOLD Benicarlo - Hi, Just like to say a particular thank you to Sue for her great help in sourcing us accommodation for 6 people near to Alicante airport during the recent ash cloud fiasco and of your kind offer to return to the villa if we needed to, we were delayed for 6 days in the end. We had no Sky television reception for 3 days, kept showing 'no signal being received', I have a Sky Plus box myself so was familiar with the operation. On the morning of 4th day I contacted Christine who attended in our absence & told me that she switched the television on and everything worked fine., don't know why but we had no problem after that, Sods Law? All in all we had a fine holiday and would certainly book with you again and recommend you to friends.
